  We had an appointment for three of us and we came 10minutes late. When we walked in apologising, the lady walked in angrily and was looking down. She walked to the counter and just said we need to pay.
  
  We asked if we could pay after. (We said this because she was giving us bad vibes with her angry facial expression and not greeting us but immediately asking us to pay.) She said "no you have to pay now".
  We then decided to say sorry again to make the atmosphere change and she completely ignored us. Then we said are you going to give us the same time since we came late? She then started talking about how we didn't tell her we would be late and if it was busy it would take time off someone else's appointment. This is fair enough but at the end of the day we are customers and she cannot treat us like a bunch of school kids who are in trouble for being late. We then told her we aren't comfortable getting massages from her due to her attitude towards us and so we left.
