  I was a member at this Gym last year. The reason i selected this gym is that it was close to my work and i could easily go and train during my break. Tiny Gym, limited equipment. I have been in many 24 hour gyms and this is by far the most organised one. They put you through emergency training before enrollment and they make sure you know all the procedures. Good on them for being so formal, serious and organised, but when they reach a point to be rude to you, then that is definitely not acceptable. Being a member i wanted to enroll a friend. i went in at 3 if i recall well when they are meant to have staff (organised my time like that to leave work at the specific time so i can speak to someone about enrolling my friend). Reception didn't open as they were meant to and for that reason i scanned my card and let my friend in. We waited for 5 minutes seating on the couch and still no one came. I said to my friend just start stretching and warm up (under my supervision) and they should come anytime soon and we can organised the enrollment. She started stretching and then the person that was meant to be there at 3 showed up 20 minutes past 3. This Croatian i think employee/manager who thinks she is the queen of Australia. She started being to rude to me and raising her voice telling me i am not allowed to bring in other people if they are not enrolled (although i brought her in at a time she was meant to be there and the alternative will be to leave without enrolling or let her out in the freezing cold weather).
  Another rude incident this time with the owner... i was about to scan my card to get in while the owner opened the door from inside. As the door opened i pulled back. I was going to scan off course but before i try scan again he said to me (no smile and in an arrogant way) scan your card before coming in. I understand they whole safety thing but when you think everyone is trying to cheat then you do not have the appropriate behavior which will make you loose a lot of customers (apart of me a few people that asked me about that gym i recommended other gyms to them and i explained the reason). Anyway this gym is only good for casual workouts. You cannot change your self and body under these conditions and this poor equipment. On a good note Sebastian is a really good trainer. He pays attention to your needs and focuses only on the person he trains (that is really important). He helped me a lot with my lower back pain and he is a nice and genuine person. I think he could go to a better gym and charge much more.
  Finally although there was no lock in contract when i first tried to cancel my membership they insisted on changing my mind (which eventually managed to do). Something i didn't appreciate
